Jennifer is a director in the Chicago office and a member of the Transaction Opinions practice.

Jennifer has executed numerous fairness and solvency opinions and business valuation engagements for a variety of public and private company transactions, including related-party transactions, dividend recapitalizations, spin-offs and ESOP transactions.

Jennifer’s clients include a broad range of industries, including consumer products, consumer retail, healthcare, technology, industrial, real estate, manufacturing and infrastructure, telecommunications and financial services.

Some of Jennifer’s noteworthy engagements include advising: 

  • The boards of directors of Andretti Acquisition Corp., CleanTech Acquisition Corp., CBRE Acquisition Holdings, Inc., Far Peak Acquisition Corporation, Gores Holdings V, Inc., Mudrick Capital Acquisition Corporation, Bluerock Residential Growth REIT, BorgWarner, Broad Street Realty, LLC, and Prologis L.P. on acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures. 
  • The boards of directors of Kellogg Company, L Brands, Inc., Xerox Corporation, WestRock Company, Baxter International, JDS Uniphase Corporation, Johnson Controls International plc, and ConAgra Foods, Inc. on spin-off transactions.
  • The boards of directors of CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings Inc., ADT Inc., H&R Block, Hostess Brands, and Rockwood Holdings, Inc. on dividend and stock repurchase transactions.
  • The boards of directors of portfolio companies of TPG, KKR, The Blackstone Group, Advent International, Hellman & Friedman, Wind Point Partners, ABRY Partners and Golden Gate Capital on leveraged dividend transactions.
  • On a variety of other transactions including related party transactions, sales / going-private transactions, ESOP / ERISA advisory and related-party debt transactions and includes working with clients such as KKR, Mason Wells, JLL, Meritage Group, Webster Equity, Aon Corporation, Fidelity National Financial, Inc., OneSpaWorld Holdings Limited, Summer Infant, Southwire Company, LLC, Eileen Fisher, Follett Corporation, National HealthCare, and Velcro.

Jennifer received an MBA in Accounting with a concentration in financial analysis from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a B.A. in accounting from Indiana University. She is a FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 registered representative.
